Ready to Apply?

  • If you have made the decision to move forward with enrollment, please complete the following two steps as soon as possible.  
  • Complete an application form for each child applying for enrollment at Stella Maris Academy.
  • Submit a one-time deposit of $100 per new family (non-refundable, unless space is not available in desired grade)

Additional Steps:
Once you have completed the application and deposit, you will receive a "Registration Packet".  These additional documents will include your selections for tuition payment, middle school elective options, and other annually required information. Please return these documents as soon as possible.  Additionally, the documents listed below will be required in order to complete your child's admission file.  Each completed file is reviewed by teachers and administration prior to the enrolling school year to help create the best possible transition and educational experience for your child.

  • Baptism Certificate (if Catholic, a copy is ok)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Health History & Immunization Record
*Acceptance into new classes will occur by April 15th for the next school year.
