Board Meetings
The Stella Maris Academy Board of Directors meets on the first Thursday every other month at 3 pm CST unless noted otherwise. Opportunity for public comment is provided during the first 20 minutes of each board meeting. The public is welcome to stay for the duration of the board meeting until the executive session begins. Items for consideration on the meeting agenda shall be submitted to the board via email at board@stellamaris.academy at least two weeks before the next scheduled board meeting.

Are you interested in being a member of the Stella Maris Academy Board or serving on a Board Committee? Please help us learn more about you and your interest by filling out the Governing Board Application. As positions become available, the nominating committee develops a slate of candidates for selection by the Bishop of the Diocese of Duluth. Board members serve a 3-year term which can be renewed once per the bylaws.
